Cancellation Policy

Parties must be paid in full 14 days prior to event date. No refunds are given for cancellations. However, a credit may be given to use at a later date. As the responsible party, party hosts releases and hold harmless Premier Dance Center, LLC., its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by the guests while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Premier Dance Center, LLC., its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises. The party host also acknowledges that they are responsible for any damages done by guests to the studio and/or facility. All party guest acknowledges and fully understands that he/she uses the facilities of Premier Dance Center LLC. at his/her own risk. All guest also acknowledges that the participant has medical insurance and hereby understands that Premier Dance Center carries liability as secondary coverage only. All guest hereby releases and forever discharges Premier Dance Center LLC., its agents, employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors from each and every claim, demand, or other obligation which may arise out of the connected activity. Premier Dance Center LLC. maintains reasonable rules of safety with all children, but realize that due to physical demands and nature of the activity, there is a risk of injury. Students of Premier Dance Center, LLC. parties may have the opportunity to be photographed or videotaped at various dance events or classes. With permission from parents/guardians these photos or video may be included for Premier Dance Center, LLC. publications or advertisements, including on our website and various social media sites. To ensure privacy, last names of children will not be included. No financial compensation shall be given for use of any photographs or video. The guest acknowledges that Premier Dance Center, LLC. may choose not to use my student's photos or videos at this time but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. Premier Dance Center, LLC. reserves the right to discontinue use of photos or videos without notice. You have read this release, and you understand its contents. Consenting to and authorize the use by Premier Dance Center, LLC., or anyone authorized by Premier Dance Center, LLC., of any and all photographs or video which have been taken of my child/children.
